Facts About our Implementation

March Forecast due March 16th Noon

ALL biweekly employees must forecast (pre-populate) hours worked through March 24th in eTime

ALL employees must forecast any planned absences (vacation, sick, jury duty, etc.) that will occur in March in eTime

All updates must be made no later than Noon on Friday, 3/16.

Approving Time Supervisors and Managers of Biweekly employees and Student workers must approve hours worked and leave occurrences in a timely manner to ensure that payable time is generated.
New Payroll Period Runs Sunday to Saturday beginning March 25th
On Demand Check Processing On Demand checks will be generated by OneUSG Connect Services in Sandersville, GA, not by the GSU Payroll Office.
One On Demand Check per Employee On Demand Checks are now limited to one (1) per employee per year and must be approved by OneUSG Connect Services, the University System Office, and the Chief HR Officer at GSU.
Direct Deposit Updates Employees must submit a form to the GSU Payroll Office with any changes or modifications.
W2’s 2017 and before Will be available in ADP. 2018 W2’s will be in OneUSG Connect.
